Ensemble will provide you an opt-out or opt-in choice before we share your Personal Information/Data with third parties other than our agents, or before we use it for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized. To request to limit the use and disclosure of your Personal Information/Data, please submit a written request to us using this form.
Ensemble’s accountability for Personal Information/Data that it receives in the United States under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Privacy Shield Principles. In particular, Ensemble remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the Personal Information/Data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless Ensemble proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
As stipulated in the Privacy Shield Frameworks Ensemble is obliged to inform EU/EEA and Swiss individuals that we may be forced to release Personal Information/Data in response to lawful requests from public authorities including to meet national security and law enforcement requirements.
Making a Complaint Under the EU/Swiss Privacy Shield Frameworks
If you are located in the EU, EEA or Switzerland you may make complaints regarding Personal Information/Data collected by Ensemble in the EU, EEA or Switzerland and transferred to the U.S. under the Privacy Shield Frameworks.
